CONDUCT BIDDER BRIEFINGS:
HOLD BRIEFINGS WITH POTENTIAL BIDDERS TO CLARIFY THE TENDER REQUIREMENTS AND ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS (RFP/FAQ/SUPPORTS).

4)
EVALUATE BIDS: EVALUATE BIDS BASED ON THE ESTABLISHED EVALUATION CRITERIA AND ENSURE THAT THE PROCESS IS FAIR, TRANSPARENT AND TIMELY.
